ONEONTA, N.Y. – Hartwick Volleyball's Kaileigh Brandow (Manorville, N.Y.) was tabbed as the Empire 8 Player of the week for her performance for the week of September 5-11.
 
Brandow put up stellar numbers as the Hawks went 3-0 on the weekend.  In their first match on Friday night against Bard, the junior posted nine kills and three service aces to go along with 6 digs.
 
On Saturday at the St. Joseph's Tri-Match, she put up another nine kills while only committing one attack error in the three-set sweep of the host institution.  In the final match of the weekend, Brandow posted a team-high 14 kills as Hartwick won the match against Albertus Magnus 3-1.
