Utica, N.Y. – The Hartwick Women's Track and Field team traveled to Utica University to open up their indoor season at the Utica Winter Opener competing among thirteen teams.

Hartwick got the day started with the 60 meter and Pepita Graham (Schenectady, N.Y.) made a statement in her collegiate debut, finishing seventh with a time of 8.41 seconds. Graham followed up with an 8.28 finish in the second round of the 60 meter.

Molly Corbett (Kings Park, N.Y.) finished the 60 meter hurdles with a 11.01 second finish for a good debut as well. Stephanie Cohen (Westtown, N.Y.) finished closely behind with a time of 11.26 seconds.

Brynita Haas (Red Creek, N.Y.) finished the mile in six minutes and six seconds.

Giovanna Wall (West Hurley, N.Y.) finished with 8.90 meters in shot put while Atti Dinsmore (Burkburnett, Tex.) finished with a score of 4.07 in the long jump.

Hartwick will travel to Hamilton College to compete in the Hamilton Continental Indoor Invitational on January 19th starting at 3:00 PM.
