2023: Played in all 18 games, starting 17... posted three goals and seven assists... put three of five shots on goal... part of the defensive line that only allowed 1.89 goals per game... notched a goal and an assist in the Empire 8 Semifinal vs Houghton (11/2)... registered 902 minutes of play... Empire 8 All-Conference Third Team... 2023 Fall Empire 8 President's List... inducted into Chi Alpha Sigma Class of 2023-24... received Philip S. Wilder, Jr. Award for academic distinction... selected to CSC Academic All-District Team

2021: Played seven games for the Hawks … had one goal, against Elmira (10/9)... received Phillip S. Wilder, Jr. Award for academic distinction

Prior to Hartwick: Attended Webster Thomas High School … lettered in field hockey for the Titans from 2018-2020 and in track and field in 2018 and 2019 … was selected Second Team All-County and to the Exceptional Senior Game in 2020 … helped lead the Titans to the Class A sectional and division titles in 2020 … played club for Empire United Field Hockey.

Personal: Daughter of Bonnie and Matt Shortino …  Nursing major … favorite athlete is Chloe Kim … favorite movie is Little Women (2019) … favorite musician is Taylor Swift … hobbies include drawing, art, and reading.
