2021-2022:  Competed in the mile… finished sixth in the 3000m at the Hamilton Invitational (1/21)… posted a personal best 5:02.15 in the mile at the Blue and Orange Invite (1/29)… posted a personal best in the 3000m with a time of 10:02.35 at the Marc Denault Invite (2/19)… part of the 4000m relay team at the Empire 8 Championship that finished 6th

Prior to Hartwick: Attended Minisink Valley High School … competed in cross country, swimming, and outdoor track for the Warriors.

Personal: Son of David and Angela Freda … History major … hobbies are reading, history, and airsoft … is a fan of any New York team … favorite movie is Dances With Wolves … favorite musical group is The Rolling Stones.
