2019-20: INDOOR: Named a Hartwick “Hawk of the Week” on 2/11 … cleared a personal-best height of 2.45 meters in the pole vault at the Utica College Blue and Orange Invitational on Feb. 8.

Prior to Hartwick: Attended Guilderland High School … lettered in swimming and track and field for the Dutchwomen in 2018 and 2019.

Personal: Daughter of Sam and Michelelee Vellekoop ... favorite athlete is Sandi Morris … Biology major.

Why Hartwick? “I chose to attend Hartwick one because it's a small school, but also because I heard that they have an amazing science program here. With me wanting to be a biology major it was the perfect fit!”
